Water Damage and Rot

An elderly couple had multiple issues with their home. They had significant water damage to their home that caused widespread rot and necessitated re-framing of the structure and a complete kitchen remodel. The windows on the gable end of their home were damaged and leaking. Their shower was leaking and inaccessible to the disabled Navy Veteran who lived there.
